At West Seattle Reign, our mission extends beyond developing athletes. While we are passionate about teaching the skills of the game, we also recognize the important role sports play in building confidence, resilience, leadership, and life skills.
We believe coaches can make a lasting impact both on and off the court. That's why we strive to provide resources, mentorship, and support that help athletes grow as players, students, teammates, and individuals.
Our goal is to help athletes succeed not only as competitors, but also as students, leaders, teammates, and members of their community.
Additional resources available to WSR athletes and families include:
Life comes with challenges, both on and off the court. The WSR Player Perseverance Program is designed to support athletes through adversity while helping them develop resilience, confidence, accountability, and a growth mindset. Through mentorship, encouragement, and access to helpful resources, we strive to equip athletes with tools that support long-term success in sports, school, and life.
Athletic development goes beyond practice. Our Sports Performance Training resources help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, mobility, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance. Whether athletes are preparing for a season, returning from injury, or working toward specific goals, these resources provide opportunities to support their development both on and off the court.
Success in the classroom is just as important as success in competition. Our Academic & Student Support Resources connect families with information related to academic achievement, study skills, college planning, scholarships, learning support, and student-athlete development. We are committed to helping athletes build a strong foundation for their future both during and after their athletic careers.

Please complete the below waiver for participation in our Open Gym Programs. You will need to bring a copy of your email confirmation to participate in ANY WS Reign Open Gym Program at the time of entry. No waiver = no play.
