All teams are expected to participate in 1–2 tournaments per month. U15+ National teams will attend at least one out-of-state tournament during the season. Most tournaments are within a 1–2 hour drive of Seattle.
Teams may choose to attend additional tournaments (in or out of state) at an added cost.
Please Note:
The dates listed below reflect our target timeline for finalizing the full 2025–2026 schedule. However, we are also at the mercy of our tournament hosts, and some details may shift based on when they release information. We appreciate your flexibility and will communicate updates as soon as they become available.
Schedule Adjustments During School Breaks:
There will be select weeks during the season with limited practice due to Seattle Public Schools (SPS) breaks. During these weeks, we offer special skill-focused sessions led by a team of National Team Coaches. These sessions are typically held on Sunday and/or Monday at the start of the break, allowing athletes and families flexibility to enjoy time off.
We understand that some athletes attend schools outside of SPS and may follow different academic calendars. However, since WSR is based within the Seattle Public Schools district, we align our break schedule accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
The following events are typically attended by multiple or all National teams, depending on age and qualification. Full team schedules will be confirmed as each event approaches.

WS Reign League Teams offer athletes an exciting opportunity to develop skills, improve game understanding, and compete in a fun, challenging environment—without the travel commitment of a National team.
This developmental program runs during the core of the club season (December–April) and is designed to help athletes build strong technical fundamentals, grow their volleyball IQ, and progress into team and position-specific training as they advance.
Whether your athlete is just beginning or ready to launch their play into hyperdrive—this league is the perfect fit.
WSR League athletes are also considered alternates for our National travel teams. If a National roster spot opens up, league players may be offered the opportunity to move up (additional cost applies). Accepting a spot is optional—league athletes may decline without penalty.
League athletes will participate in monthly D1 performance training sessions, including speed, agility, jump, plyo, and nutrition components—led by certified professionals.
These sessions are included in the registration fee and take place once per month throughout the season.
Each League athlete will receive:
All athletes who attend WS Reign tryouts will be considered for both National and League teams.

If your athlete is selected for a League team, families will receive a welcome email with registration instructions, season details, and practice start information. Please make sure your contact info is up to date in TeamSnap or during the tryout process.
Practice Lengths by Age Group:
League teams will participate in structured in-house games 2 times per month.
