We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Gym Monitor/Key Holder.
Responsibilities include opening and closing the gym, assisting with and monitoring open gyms, team parties, and WSR events. Schedules are created collaboratively with all staff to ensure flexibility and team cooperation.

We are seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to manage and support our volunteer staff and event volunteers year-round.
Hours will vary based on event schedules and volunteer needs, ranging from 0–15 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and collaboratively developed with the team, adapting to seasonal and event demands.

Join West Seattle Reign Sports Club as an Office Assistant and become a key part of our team supporting year-round competitions, tournaments, and community events.
This position offers a mix of in-person and remote work, averaging 15–20 hours per week. After completing a 90-day in-office training period (Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM–2 PM), your schedule will be collaboratively designed with the Club Director to align with club needs and personal flexibility.

We are seeking a Volunteer Equipment Manager to assist our Club Director in managing, maintaining, and ordering volleyball and basketball equipment.
This is a part-time position, requiring up to 8 hours per month on an as-needed basis. This role may transition into a paid position in the future. Scheduling is flexible and collaboratively planned with the staff.

We provide scholarships to athletes in need and host free programs, currently limited to in-house funding available. To expand these opportunities, we’re seeking a Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator to help grow our network of community partners.
This is a part-time volunteer role with the potential to transition into a long-term paid position. Scheduling is flexible and collaboratively designed with the team.
