 WS Reign head coaches oversee the growth and development of athletes by focusing on fundamental skills instruction with an emphasis on whole child development to include expectations for athletic excellence, leadership skills, and positive social relationships. 

WS Reign assistant coaches are integral leaders of the team. Their job descriptions can include any team-related task the head coach assigns. Assistants follow the direction the head coach sets for the team but bring their own style and skills to the job. 

WS Reign skill coaches are specialty coaches that have played and/or coached a specific sport and position.  These coaches posess a deep knowledge of the position not only on a fundamental level but also a technical and mental level.  They are responsible for working in small group settings with athletes in specific positions.

WS Reign program coaches are responsible for coaching athletes in fundamentals, game strategies and techniques to teach them a deep knowledge of how to properly move with intention on the court and prepare them for competition. These programs are the basis of how we teach new and established athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport, stimulate skill growth, and learn the game on a deeper level.

WS Reign's Volleyball Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in season.  They will assist with planning, managing coach, team and parent needs during the season and covering program manager vacations of work trips as needed.  The APM will work closely with the Club Director and Volleyball Program Manager.  This person should be highly organized and passionate about managing events, schedules and time.
